If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.What does a QA Analyst do at Hogarth?The QA Analyst plays a key role in ensuring quality and consistency across a wide range of deliverables, from websites to banners and apps. They are responsible for planning and running tests based on technical specifications, identifying issues, and verifying alignment with client expectations. They will collaborate closely with project managers and developers to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of delivery. With strong attention to detail and knowledge of accessibility standards, they act as quality advocates in every stage of production.Reporting lines and key stakeholdersThis role reports to the QA Coordinator (Brazil).
You will work closely with Web & Apps, Campaign, and Automation teams.The QA Coordinator sits on the local QA leadership team, covering our Brazil office operations. The QA Coordinator is accountable for all of the QA team members based in this region.Key areas of responsibilityIdentify procedures and scenarios for quality control of products and servicesPlan, design, and implement test plansRun checks on finished and in-development works to ensure alignment with client specificationsEnsure the final product meets requirements and end-user expectationsExecute tests on web applications, animated/static banners, apps, and emailsReceive and organize tasks via Jira and Project ManagersReport bugs, risks, and issues in a structured mannerRequirementsTechnical SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication in English and PortugueseExperience in web & app testingExperience Smoke Tests, End-2-End TestsKnowledge of WCAG 2.1 guidelinesUnderstanding of programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Python)Familiarity with QA frameworks and tools (e.g. BrowserStack, Cypress, Percy)Experience designing test casesSoft SkillsAttention to detail and high regard for qualityStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesTime management and initiativeProactive and meticulous attitudeDiversity and InclusionHogarth is committed to diversity and inclusion – through our ideas, our people, and how we behave.
