Descrição da Vaga: Description :Essential Job Functions

• Monitor arrival, unloading, cargo presence, and MAPA clearance (via terminal websites);
• Document analysis;
• Clearance with freight forwarders and shipping lines;
• ICMS clearance in case of exemption;
• Issuance of DARJ/GNRE;
• Creation of dossiers in the Single Portal;
• Management reports;
• Sending documents to terminals for cargo release; and
• Sending documents to transport companies.

Requirements:Proven experience recorded in a work permit; andBasic knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Other Skills & AbilitiesCurrently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, or Logistics;Basic knowledge of English;Knowledge of customs legislation;Knowledge of REPETRO and REPETRO-SPED;Experience with ANVISA approvals; andFamiliarity with the SISCEX (Ellas) system.
