If you’re also confident using Excel and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this internship opportunity might be for you!About the Role:As an Operations Intern, you will support key activities across the team, including:

• Data review, dashboard maintenance, and Service Delivery controls;
• Supporting internal Operations teams;
• Contributing to specific project-related tasks;
• Assisting with payment control processes;
• Helping manage access for external users;
• Supporting the day-to-day management of BPO deliveries.

About the Team:Our team plays a crucial role in supporting critical operational processes such as third-party registration, payment processing, and BPO partner management. We ensure compliance with internal policies, drive operational efficiency, and serve as the main point of contact for operational queries, working closely with business areas and external vendors.About You:We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Studying Business, Economy, Actuarial Sciences or related – Graduation expected in 2027 or after;
• Strong communication skills;
• Good organizational sense;
• A process-oriented mindset;
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel;
• Basic knowledge of Power BI;
• Teamwork and collaboration;
• Knowledge of English – desirable;
• A sense of urgency and ownership;
• Basic familiarity with Zendesk (nice to have);
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office).
