In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Make daily visits to the warehouses to verify the shipments, the scheduling of the vehicles, the cleaning and the organization of the warehouse; • Ensure the export logistics, carrying out the sales forecast to plan the books of reserve for the maritime transport; • Load the breakingbook for the control and organization of internal shipments and carriers; • Send the monthly forecast to the shipowners; • Carry out the release of the ships, as well as the follow-up of their departure; • Prepare report with stock information, consulting SAP data, to monitor production and support decision making; • Carry out scheduling of the cargo to attend to the internal market; • Accompany logistic indicators – Quarterly Inventory Control, Factory Stock Inventory and Average Annual Stock; • Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company.Disclaimer:When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
