• Gerar e manter planos de suprimentos acurados com base nas previsões

de demanda, ciclos de vida dos produtos e políticas de estoque.

• Gerenciar parâmetros de planejamento (lead times, MOQ, níveis de

cobertura) e monitorar KPIs de supply (DOH, OTIF, backorder).

• Participar ativamente de reuniões de S&OP locais e regionais, fornecendo

análises e recomendações sobre capacidade e disponibilidade.

• Suportar lançamentos de novos produtos e eventos comerciais com

análise de impacto no suprimento.

• Trabalhar com times globais de fábrica e planejamento para garantir

alinhamento entre demanda e capacidade.

• Conduzir iniciativas de melhoria contínua em processos e ferramentas de

planejamento.

• Garantir conformidade com políticas locais e globais de qualidade,

compliance e regulamentações sanitárias.Minimum Requirements

• Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em planejamento de suprimentos,

demanda ou logística.

• Experiência com sistemas ERP/MRP.
• Excel avançado e familiaridade com ferramentas de BI (Tableau, Power BI).
• Inglês intermediário a avançado.
• Perfil analítico, colaborativo e com senso de urgência
